Complaining to the BBB does work!
Dh and I bought a pillow top Serta King Sized mattress in April 2005. It has been slowly breaking down. The pillowtop is basically gone and it is pilling and the fabric has pulled so thin you can see through to the pillow top filling.
I filed a complaint with the BBB about 6 weeks ago. We got email confirmation that it was being investigated
last night we had a message from Levitz saying to call them. Dh called and we now have a $900 credit to use in any Levitz store. They will deliver for free and take our crappy mattress away as well! 
We are going shopping tomorrow night - just no pillow top this time!!

awesome!! congrats!!!!
i should do this with Macys too then cause we got a pillowtop from them last december and its squeking and the pillowtop is not soft like it was in the store model.
