I love Skip Hop!!!
I bought the Grand Central diaper bag because it's perfect for me since I am neurotic and take everything I can possible take in a diaper bag when I go out. It holds everything and keeps everything super organized.
I got it at buy buy baby two months ago. I noticed the other day that it had a small rip in one of the pocket seams.
I contacted skip hop through their website, they emailed me right back and asked for more details (where and when purchased, pics of the damage).
They just sent me a promo code for a free diaper bag and free shipping. I just had to pay $1 processing.
If you are debating on a diaper bag...definitely go with skip hop! They are awesome :)
