The MTA website is not working great, I found that listening to 1010wins.com or maybe wplj.com on the computer if you don't have a radio at work is helpful to listen in on the traffic reports.

I didn't get to write it all down but this is what I got just now:

E - suspended in Queens
F - no service from Jamaica through 179th St
G and R trains - not sure where suspended, I know they said Continental Ave for one of these trains is one area it's not running

A train running local

no service at all on the C, W, and B
