commerce mortgage anyone?
has anyone gone through commerce for a mortgage we are waiting to here if we are apporved for a 1st home buyer loan just curious if anyone used commerce & there feelings with them

I didn't use them when I bought my house but we had a HELOC as our second mortgage and it was adjustable. In january we took out a fixed rate loan from commerce to pay off our second mortgage and so far they have been good. The only complaint I have is that you can't make a principal payment online you have to go to the branch.

we got a quote from them, and it was very high. we both had great credit so it didnt make sense that the rate was so high.
we wound up using someone else and got a much better deal.
