Cold sores
For those who get them, do you ever feel like everyone is staring at you when you have one? I just got one today and I have an important meeting at work tomorrow that I am now so nervous about.

I JUST got my first one two weeks ago for the first time in all my 30 years. And I had some pretty head honcho meetings that week. I swear that b!tch introduced herself before I did....but when I asked some close coworkers they said they could barely see it
It was hard because a LOT of people would go in for the kiss-on-the-cheek hello and I had to avoid that, so people probably thought I was a biznitch...my boss even gave me a look when he came into a meeting late and I was the only one who stayed sitting and gave a wave...
Coldsores are mean...
ABREVA!!!!! That shiznet is expensive but it worked SOOOOO well.

I finally asked my Dr. for a prescription after I had 6 of them at one time on my bottom lip! OuCH...I will NEVER suffer again!

Every time you think of it, soak a cotton ball or a Q-tip with peroxide and swab it. It definitely helps it to dry out faster, but you need to do it frequently.

yea i tend to get them around the same time as AF, doctor says its hormonal with me, so she prescribed Valtrex for me too. i only get like 2 or 3 a year and the valtrex kills them asap and they're gone within a day or so but its still very embarassing!!!
