Cold Sores - People Kissing & Handling Your Newborn

That is freaking scary.
The other day I was in target and saw a woman with a brand new looking baby....probably less than a,week old. She ended up picking up the baby and holding the pacifer in HER mouth while she picked the baby up and switched arms.. Like had it in her mouth like the baby would. Then popped it right in the baby's mouth.
That freaked me out. I mean come on....newborns are so fragile. You can carry herpes and not show symptoms or know it!

It's actually surprising that this doesn't happen more often. People are often way too lax with newborns/young infants.
