cold salads?
Anyone have any cold side salad recipes that they love and can share? I'm tired of the usual potato and macaroni.

Tomato Mint Salad
Tabouleh style quinoa
Corn salad
Caprese Salad
Zesty Potato salad
German potato salad

I buy the Suddenly Salad pasta salad and add bell pepper, broccoli and chicken - it's wonderful cold!
