Cold Meds
So of course the day I am supposed to go get my flu shot I get sick! I dont think its the flu Im pretty sure its your regular general run of the mill cold.
I am trying to hold out and not take any meds, would you or have you ladies taken any other meds when you have a cold?

The only thing I have taken is cough med because my cough was horrible but I have not taken any cold meds.

Just got over a common cold I didnt take anything. I drank tons of decaf tea with lemon.

you can take sudafed or saline drops for decongestion. Or the netty pot is good also.

i took robitussin (but it was pretty bad) and my MD told me to to drink with tea with lemon.

Regular Sudafed
Regular Robitussin
Plain Claritin
Benaryl
