cold hands but Im not cold!!
Does anyone ever get cold clamy hands but they are not cold? its the weirdest thing but my hands are freezing although my body is not!! happens sometimes but Im on the computer all day long where they are exposed so maybe thats why! LOL

I have it alot but I blame it on poor circulation...plus my feet are always cold too

cold hands but Im not cold!!
Happens to me all the time, all year but more in the winter or when i get nervous. I have Raynaud's Disase (which was diagnosed by accident when i was at a podiatrist for an ingrown nail), you might have it too! not serious at all though!!!!

My friend has Raynaud's Disease also and the same thing happens to her. She doesn't do anything for it except maybe make sure she has gloves with her.
