coffee table help

We need to replace our coffee table but I am having a hard time finding something I like.

here is a picture of our current set up...


We have a leather couch, so anything leather wouldn't work. We are expecting our first baby so I want to get something that is kid friendly too. Any suggestions?

What about a microfiber ottoman, its durable, soft for kids and can provide storage for toys, throw blankets, etc.

I must say I LOVE your coffee table though

thanks! this is what I've been considering so far, but I'm just afraid it will get too dirty.

I used to love my current coffee table, but unfortunately it is terrible quality. It is so unstable and can not be tightened and the base of one of the ottomans split. It's ready for the trash
