COACH RAVE
at the beginning of january, i had to send my coach bag back. it looked a little frayed. the store wasn't sure if anything could be done but they'll try. they waived the shipping charges. i got the letter from them regarding the outcome. i'm get full credit!!!!!!!!!! i now get to put the credit to a brand new bag

yes i had that happen to me once too the piping came out of the bag and i got full credit for a new bag
this is why i love buying from them

FYI.. they are going to stop making the carly bag bc it frays on the top where is slouches... by the zipper, kwim? anyway, if your friend has this problem the store will replace that specific bag on the spot. its a design defect! hth!

that is what i love about coach -- it makes the extra money you spend on the bags worth it -- the quality and if the quality happens to not be the best, you can take it back and they'll do the right thing by you. congrats!
