Has anyone ever registered theirs?
I have a few and never thought about this.
What does registration do?

I have and never heard another word from them about it. No mailing list or anything.
Theoretically it might help you if you need repairs, but who knows as they have gotten bad with that at coach.
If you feel like it, fill out the card and send it in, but it doesn't seem to do anything.
I actually forgot that I had done that!
