Coach Bag
Thursday I was at the bank and my coach bag broke, the strap just broke off on one side. I bought my bag last year at the outlet in Riverhead, does anyone know what I can do to have it fixed..TIA

Yes, coach has a repairs. Go on their website & you can find the address. I just sent mine in.

i brought mine into a coach store. they sent it out for me. and i got a credit to purchase a new bag

I bought a coach bag at the store in Riverhead and I remember them saying that if it needs repairs, to bring it in the store and they send it out.

I did this recently. My messenger bag broke. I brought it to the mall coach store and filled at a form and paid $20 for shipping. I received my bag back in 8 weeks fixed. They told me if they couldn't fix it they would replace it.
