Co-WOrkers---Why do they go over my head?
I have had it!!!!!!!!!1
I work in an Insurance Office, and I have bene in insurance for 5 years...
This girl who started in April, I was in charge of all the training, etc...she has never worked in insurance before...
Fast forward to now...I check the polices she types, and if I makr somethig wrong, insntead of listening to me, or questioning me, she has to go over my head to ask someone else...
ANd 2 weeks ago I told her what home office told me regarding a new system we have been learning...they asked me to let everyone know....well, till this day, she fights it...she keeps asking about the instruction we were given, aand the still fights it every time.
I feel so defeated, I have had enough! I am not spiteful, and I know what I am talking about, and home office is happy with what i know and understand, and thats why they asked ME to give the direction...
Uuugh..I do this all day behind her!!!!!!!!
