Co Payment Question
I'm full of questions today!
I was wondering about co payments. I think every time I have a sonogram I need to pay a $15 copayment, does that sound right? I have GHI through the city of NY

Re: Co Payment Question
I have United Healthcare and do not pay any copays for these visits. I would check online with your insurance co or just give them a call

Re: Co Payment Question
NO! i have GHI as well through the NYCDOE. When you are pregnant you do NOT pay co-pays for your pre-natal visits throughout the entire pregnancy. You only pay co-pays for bloodwork and if you go over the allotted amount of sonograms- thats it! Good luck!

DH and I have same insurance and yes I feel like every two seconds I am getting a bill for 15 bucks. They are only up to September so far, so I know I have a ton more that are on their way I am sure!!
I think the kid will be having his first birthday and they will still be coming!

Re: Co Payment Question
I have GHI (FDNY) and I had to pay $15 copays for all of my ultrasounds.
For my ultrascreen, I only had to pay $15, I didn't pay a copay for the Dr but, I had my level 2 someplace else and I had to pay $15 for the ultrasound and $15 for the dr as well.
