Re: co-ops in farmingdale
I live in farmingdale now and alot of the co-ops and condo's are located on RT 109. I knew someone that living in a 2 bedroom one that was on the second floor and it was very large (it was very deciving to me actually) but I dont remember which complex it was. That is a few miles away from Amityville but you so close to main which has a lot of stores which is nice. Their is also a The Cameo on Carmens Rd. in Massapequa Park, maybe 1/2 from where Farmingdale starts and those are townhouses. They can get pricey but most have 2-3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a basement. They have a pool and keep it nicely landscapes.
