co-ops & taxes
are they included in the maintenace fee?
i have noticed on MLSLI some list the taxes seperatly?

My taxes are included in the main...not sure about all co-ops though

For co-ops, taxes and maintenance are paid together. For condos, taxes and maintentace are paid separately.

they just list them separately so you know what youre paying in taxes but most of the time they are included in the maintenence fee.
