Co-op Question
We have our interview in a little over a week. If all goes well, when do you think we could close? And when should I call movers?

I wouldn't schedule a mover until the bank's attorney gives you a definite closing date.
If I had to guess... I would say a month from after your interview.

we had our interview with the co-op board on december 3rd
we closed on march 6th
it all depends

I have bought twice. I closed approximately a month after I was officially approved in both instances.
I would schedule your movers 6-8 weeks after you are approved.
