Club foot

Our daughter Elena was born with unilateral clubfoot (diagnosed at 20wk u/s) - we received treatment from a dr on LI but now see a dr in the city for follow-up treatment.

My DD was born with clubbed feet. She did great through casting and then the Dennis Brown shoes. We went to Dr Lewis and many people don't recommend him BUT he performed miracles with my DD.

How quickly did treatment begin??? Any surgeries??
How long did she where the shoes? Also, did she meet her milestones with walking etc? On time

My DS has club foot also. Its getting better on its own which both his ped and ortho ped said it would. He's 13m, still not walking but has been cruising since 7m. I had him evaluated for EI, he doesnt qualify yet, they said it hasnt prevented him from doing anything up to date, if he's still not walking by 18m to call back. I might call back at 15m 
He didnt need casts (I did as a baby). He got prescription straight last shoes at 10m old. No surgeries, no worries by any dr. We used Dr Lewis also. We go back for a check up again at 15m. He's been seeing Dr Lewis since 2m.
