Cloud Bread and other low-carb substitutes?
Ever since my SIL sent me this recipe I've been obsessed with making Cloud Bread: https://www.beachbodyondemand.com/blog/cloud-bread-recipe
Have any of you tried it? Do you have any other low-carb substitutes like this you like to bake?

Cloud Bread and other low-carb substitutes?
Not a fan of the cloud bread because it was inconsistent each time I made it.
I make cauliflower crust for pizza or even bake it for pita chips. I also just saw a recipe for spinach crust and it's not as crispy as the cauliflower so you can use it as a wrap.
