clothes for sleeping
I just wanted to see what everyone puts their babies in for sleeping. Sara was wearing the gowns but she is outgrowing them - she is almost 7 weeks. I do have the sleep sacks but I am not sure how comfy they are.

Re: clothes for sleeping
I never used gowns....always feety onesies/pjs, also called sleep n plays because they can wear them as clothing.
Now with the warmer weather down here, she's in a onesie (she's such a warm natured baby)

Re: clothes for sleeping
My son is in footed pjs every night w/ a sleepsack - I love those things. He's a big 7 1/2 month old. Since he's becoming a bit more mobile and it's getting warmer, I'll probably "retire" the sacks in the next few weeks.

Re: clothes for sleeping
Now that its getting warmer she sleeps in light weight feetie PJ's and her swaddle. If its really warm I just put a short sleeve onesie on her. I never want her to be too hot since its a SIDS risk.

Sara always kicked out of the swaddle thats why I tried the sleep sacks.

I'm about ready to try those. She is still semi in the swaddle. She likes have it on loosely. We've tried her without it and she just can't settle down.

Footy PJs here. Unfortunately they don't seem to make them beyond 9-12 month size (which is what he's in now), so I've been getting the shirts that snap onto the pants.
