Closing vent
This is SOOO annoying!!! I just want to move already!!!!
We signed the contract at the end of January and had a closing date of April 2. The sellers were ready to go but the people they were buying from were not. Hello - why did they agree on that date as well?....Apparently they are bakers and they wanted to wait until after Easter bc its their busy season. FINE....So then we got tentative closing dates of 4/11, 4/12 or 4/13. DH just called our lawyer and now its its pushed back to 4/24 maybe even later.  Easter is over people....Pack up your sh$t and get out!!!!!
I know the sellers are probably so mad as well. They are almost all packed up (we've been over there) and so are we!!!!
Thanks for letting me vent....
