closing question
I told a family member our closing date, and he said "don't let the seller nickel and dime you at closing"
what could the seller possibly ask us to pay for @ closing?

 someone told me the same thing! We closed like 3 weeks ago. Still have no idea what that meant. But there was no discussion of nickels, dimes, or any other coins.

He might of meant something like paying for every last drop of oil in the tank or something like that. I know my seller actually took a picture of the oil tank as proof.
I can't think of anything else he would mean though...

i agree- probably oil. maybe if they are leaving fire wood too if you have a wood pile. our sellers didnt charge us but they could have apparently.
