Clomid **update**
1st cycle of 100mg of clomid failed :(
I meet with my RE on Monday to increase the dosage and try again. I'm trying so hard to keep positive and think that every step is getting us closer and closer but it gets so discouraging when you are constantly monitored with someone or something telling you "Nope not happening"
10/9: had appt with RE last night. Still no dominant follicle so I started 150mg of clomid last night. Lots of prayers that it works this time!!

I know it can be discouraging...but did you respond on the 50mg? did you have an IUI or TI?

just took clomid and that was it. Monday I had the SOF and they thought I might be responding because it was at 12mm so they told me it was too early and to come back Friday. Today there was nothing more then Monday so back to clomid I go.

When I was on 50mg it did nothing for me. 100mg gave me 1 egg..150mg gave me 2 or 3..and 200mg gave me 4. I did not get pregnant while on Clomid and have moved to injectables. Clomid is not for everyone. Everybody is different. It can still happen for you!! I wish you lots of luck!!!

So sorry! Was thinking of you this morning because I remember you had the repeat SOF.
I had my SOF this morning after 100mg of Clomid.. 2 eggs on right ovary. Nothing on the left. I was told they are small and to come back Tuesday for a repeat SOF. I feel very defeated and we haven't even tried this month.

We started trying this month cause we were hopeful after Monday's SOF but now I guess we save the OPK sticks we have left till we after the next round of clomid. I hope your repeat SOF is good news!!
I know this is only round one and others have been through so much but I too feel a little defeated. I'm been kinda down all day. I was really hoping my body would get it's act together.

Make sure you still You never know what can happen.
I used clomid with IUIs and always responded well and did not end up pregnant. I got PG while waiting to start my first IVF cycle. So always try on your own.

It can be discouraging. For me 50 mg didn't work but 200 mg did. I have two daughters because of clomid so hang in there. Clomid doesn't work for everyone but for some it does.

Thanks! I'm keeping as calm, positive and relaxed as possible! BTW very hard to do when you are a counselor dealing with one crisis after another. Lots of prayers and baby dust headed my way!!
