Clomid-CD 3 start VS CD 5 start

What is this difference? Anyone see better results with CD 5 start?

i got preg on both 3 and 5 day. Mc both but had nothing to do with the start dates. My ob started me on cd 5-9 but the re started me on cd 3-7. I asked what the reasoning was and was pretty much told nothing really... i did some research on it and came across more follies when u start earlier and less follies but better quality when u start later... Im not a proven fact bc ive gotten only 1 follie on 50, 100 and 150mg the 5 times ive taken it.

Last time I took it on CD 3-5 and got a BFN. This cycle the doctor put me on CD 5-9, he didn't give me any reason why he switched it. The previous time I only had one follicle on CD 3-5. For this cycle, I finished taking clomid CD's 5-9 and tomorrow I go back for a follie check and hopefully will see more then one follicle. Good Luck to you!
