clomid and dexamethasone didn't work

i saw Dr. B this morning and unfortunately it was not a good appt…. nothing going on at all….

My LH levels are still way too high I guess that explains the +OPKs…
Doc said to come back Friday just to double check that I don’t have any late follies…ironically I have EWCM today..

If I go back on Friday and all is clear he will likely start me on femara and up the dexamethasone. He said based on my hormone levels I don’t need to start a clean cycle and I can just start femara. He also said we can go to GnRH (I think that’s what it was I don’t remember - someone pls correct me if this sounds weird) injections…but I have no infertility coverage on my insurance and its expensive so he is going to see what he can work out for me on that…

I am very disappointed but am happy that I decided to go to dr. B after only TTC for 6 months - because he is so amazing. He gave me a lot of options and said i would leave there with a baby - we just have to work out how we get there. He is really by far the most caring doctor I have ever met and I am so glad to be working with him.
