Clear liquid diet ideas
So I'm going for a colonoscopy this week and will need to be on a clear liquid diet a whole day at work. I love food. This will be torture. What can I eat to get me through the day? Where can I get the yummiest broth lol?

Clear liquid diet ideas
During my last induction, I was only allowed clear liquids after the epi. I had a lot of ices, jello, apple juice and water. Plain tea and broth were ok too.
