cleaning suede?
so my black coat has rubbed off on my new suede kooba bag
I sent kooba an email last week- never heard back- they are getting a nice call on monday from me
but can a shoe maker clean this? it's on the back- so it's not the end of the world- but I hate when my new stuff gets wrecked before it's a month old!

Re: cleaning suede?
good luck calling Kooba. studs started falling off 1 of my bags, and when I called them they refused to help me because I purchased it at a sample sale. The lady was actually pretty nasty telling me, "that's what happens when you buy from sample sales." ok.. what??
They told me they only back their merchandise that comes directly from their site.. otherwise the stores are responsible.
As for cleaning it... what color is the bag? You could try one of those suede brushes... a shoe maker may be your best bet since they work with that material so frequently..
Good luck!

Re: cleaning suede?
it's the taupe natasha
I am going to show it to my cleaners tomorrow and see what they say
I am so mad! it's from Neimans - not that I paid full price they told me to send them the bill
I see you made it home!
