Cleaning question for people with stationary shower heads!

When we had the shower head with the hose, it was a breeze to clean the shower walls and tub because we just unhooked the shower head and sprayed. For those with shower heads that are affixed to the wall, what do you do to get water on the shower walls and tub to wet down/rinse?

We take a cup into the shower and fill it up and dump it on the walls. It is kind of a pain.. but it works.

I am honestly sitting and thinking about what we did...i think we
1-rotated the stationary head
2-got that shower cleaner you hang on the shower head...i think it's by scrubbing bubbles...

I got a large sponge like use for washing the car and I'd soak that under the water and squeeze it down the walls. Messy, but it worked OK.

I pour water down the walls with a measuring pitcher. In the past I have used a spray bottle with water, but I think the pitcher works better.

I used to use a plastic tupperware pitcher to throw the water at the walls, but I changed that sucker because it made me crazy.
