Cleaning Question and (TMI WARNING)
Okay BTDT Moms.. My dd was constipated for the last few days, i did the therm. trick a few times and no success. Well I was going to try the suppository when dh got home, but now i dont have too. Her Diaper was soooo bad that it leaked out top front, back, bottom both sides.. man was she loaded. Well it was sooo bad that i tossed her into her baby tub with out taking off diaper and cloths, it was just too gross to put over her head and wasnt going to attempt to cut it off by myself. So I rinsed her off and then tossed out everything and rinsed down bath with her soap and then gave her another bath..
Now my question is.. what can i clean her tub out with? I didnt want to use lysol b/c i was afraid it will not rinse completely off and dont want it to touch her skin or get into her mouth. I washed it down a second time after bath with her bath soap. I figured its her baby poop, is that okay? or should i use something harsher to really clean it? Plus i would like to give her another bath, when dh gets home to make sure shes clean.
sorry if TMI, none of the moms with experience i know are available for me to call. Thanks... wow that was an experience, at least she feels better now.

Definately go out and get the Clorox Anywhere cleaner. It works for ALL things baby and we use it for everything.

Re: Cleaning Question and (TMI WARNING)
I would use soft scrub or dilute clorox and scrub it down.
I would clean it like I would clean the bathtub on any other day. ETA that you can spray Clorox Anywhere too!

Uggg. Be there done that. I hate when that happens. And it always happens when DH isn't home
I think it sounds like you cleaned it just fine. I wouldn't worry about cleaning it a 3rd time.
After you are all done tonight, just clean it with the reg stuff you use to clean your tub

definitely go out and get the Clorox Anywhere cleaner. It works for ALL things baby and we use it for everything.
I second this. I use to clean anything child related. If you want to go the natural route, white vinegar is a natural disinfectant.
