Cleaning out a lint dryer chute?

Does anyone know how we clean out the chute where the lint trap goes? We have to run our dryer 3 times to get the clothes dry. It's been like this forever and I can't take it anymore. We've had someone come to fix it, but apparantely they didn't. It still heats up very hot, just not drying? Some kind of vent issue but not sure how to fix it? TIA!

Get the Fuller dryer lint Brush....I know they sell it on QVC, not sure where else

Get a dryer vent brush. Take the vent hose off the back of the dryer and clean it out with the brush. If you have a plastic vent hose, throw it out and get a flexible metal one. It's safer than the plastic ones.

There also may be lint inside the dryer itself, along the venting route, but before the exhaust hose outside of the dryer.

I always use my vacuum stick attachment to suck out any lint, but I have dne this from day one so not sure how much built up in yours.

Worth a try though.

I had a dryer repairman take a leaf blower and blow out the vent that goes to the outside..........worked great!
