Cleaning lady/helper

I need to get my house organized. It is a chaotic mess. I want to ask someone to help me organize and clean up everything. I know she cleans offices at night. What is a good amount of money I can offer her? Would it be a flat rate or hourly? This would probably be for 2/3 weekends. Work would consist of cleaning out and organizing two rooms, folding laundry and bagging up donated items. Storing items don't need in attic-needs to box up and take to attic.

I would be helping her sort through what I want and don't. But she would be doing the lifting and taking stuff in and out of the attic as well as bagging everything up to put in the garage.
