Cleaning DC's toys

What do you use to clean the stuff that is not machine washable, like the hard toys. Bella puts EVERYTHING in her mouth and her toys are covered in drool.Chat Icon

When I worked in daycare they used diluted clorox. That seems yucky especially if she'll be putting the toy in her mouth again.

Re: Cleaning DC's toys

I wash all my DD's toys in the sink with soapy water. I just make sure I rinse everything really well. I wash all of her hard toys every other day....a little OCD....maybe?!

ETA: The stuff that can't be submerged in water, I use her wipes to clean.

Re: Cleaning DC's toys

Sometimes I use Lysol wipes, but mostly I use Pampers Spray and clean. It's great.. I started using it just for her tub but I use it on mostly all of her stuff. ts safe enough that you do not even have to rinse.. but I do anyway!Chat Icon

Re: Cleaning DC's toys

At night, I will collect toys from the day and scrub them with a bottle brush. For jumperoo and high chair I use lysol wipes.

Babies R Us has it, although I haven't been able to find the wipes. They are always out of them, but I did get the spray there.

I've seen the wipes at the Huntington Buy Buy Baby.
