Cleaning an iron?
What's the best way to clean my iron? It's leaving black marks on anything that I try to iron.

I had the same thing and I used Mr. Clean Magic Erase and it worked great.

magic eraser sounds like a great idea and i'm sorry i didn't think of it.
our old iron used to get gross and i bought the iron cleaner cream that you put on with a cotton cloth and it did nothing. luckily our iron now has a self cleaning setting and it never gunks up like that. but magic eraser works for everything so i'd try that.
