Cleaning after coxsackie??
How did you clean after coxsackie?? What did you use? Are lysol wipes enough to kill the virus on toys? What about fabric couches?? DD drooled all over the place?
I don't know where to begin!
Any tips appreciated. TIA!

Re: Cleaning after coxsackie??
After any illnesses I do a big cleanup of where my LO stayed the most. When DS 1 got coxsackie I limited him to only a few toys and kept the rest away. When he got better the toys were wiped with the Lysol wipes, the exersaucer seat, crib sheets, his fav stuffed animal he sleeps with, our sheets, etc was thrown in the wash. Windows open for fresh air, sprayed Lysol and like I always do anyway... Wipe down the phones and remotes.
Honestly, germs don't live on a surface for too long anyway. Just made me feel better to spray Lysol around. Like i said... I do that for any illness in the house and open windows.

Re: Cleaning after coxsackie??
My kids just had this earlier this month and I just cleaned like I normally do -- I didn't disinfect all the toys the kids played with but I stripped all their bedding/pillows and washed the toys I knew they may have put in their mouths.
