classes?
How do you girls find out about the bf, childbirth, and childcare classes offered at the hospitals?
I am giving birth at North Shore Manhasset and I want to take some but I don't know how to find out about them.
Can I take them at Winthrop?

Some classes are offered at Babies R Us and are free. Also NS-Plainview has free breastfeeding the first Tuesday night of the month - NS-Manhasset costs $65 I think....

My doctor's office had information about local classes, but not at the hospital. Most of them are in the Smithtown area. Let me know if you need information.

My doctor's office also had information. The classes are given by an RN who works at the hospital (NS-Manhasset) and are held in the same building as my doctor's office. Let me know if you'd like further info!
