Class Mom

I am class mother for my daughter's nursery class. For the holidays, we are all going to contribute together and get a combined gift for all the teachers. I am in charge of writing the letter to the parents asking for the contribution...any suggestions on what to say?? Thanks for advice...

the letters that are sent out in my class usually consist of the class parent introducing themselves, and stating we will be collecting $x amount for class parties and a class gift for Mrs. A. If you would like to contribute, please send in $x in an envelope marked class moms....
