I love her hair this color and I like the jacket and the dress (what I can see of it) but just not together. Eye makeup is way too severe

Saw her on Letterman last night with just the red dress and it was really nice. But the makeup is way too much. I kept looking at the TV last night thinking I was seeing things and that her makeup could not possibly have been that bad - but it was!
