the car seat adapter if you want to snap the car seat on the stroller. The food tray is also great. If you don't have a bassinet you might want to get it also.

I registered for the car seat adapter (we're getting the chicco keyfit), parent console, and snack tray.
I might buy the netting and rain cover. We'll see.
