CIO with binkies?
How do you do it? I assume you have to get rid of the binkies?

we don't. Do you mean so you don't have to keep going in to give them the binky? By 6 months Katie was able to put it in her mouth herself, we just kept a bunch at her sides where she could reach them.
We didn't start CIO until 7 months and she can easily find the multiple binkys in the crib so her not having any wasn't an issue.

same here, except we didnt have a need for CIO at 7 mths. we did it at about 11 mths. but same story with the binkies.
