My dh and I love it!! Everytime we come to NY to visit we stop here. I was there in the beginning of the month and it as very slow for a Friday night but the food was great as always. Also they have a 24.99 a person deal going on, if you get there before 7, i believe. For 4 ppl it was, 2 apps, and 2 entrees and a dessert.

I've only been to the one in Massapequa and DH and I both hated it.

Won't go back to any of them.

DH and I went to the one in Carle Place and HATED it. Way too loud, annoying service, not great food and $$$ for what it is. We were disapointed as we had heard great things, but never again.

We thought Vincents was so much better!!

Make that three. I'd rather have a smaller portion of food and make it *better* food, not an excessive amount of Chef Boyardee.

THe one in Massapequa is gross. I use to eat at the one in Commack a lot but that was going back almost 8 years. I loved it there.

Re: Ciao Baby's in Commack

Hubs and I went there last fall for restaurant week... it totally FAILED to live up to its hype.

I'll give it the fact that it was Fr night and PACKED - we had to sit at a table by the bar or wait 45 mins.

But the food wasn't that good! That rice ball had a weird taste. My main course was eh. the dessert was good. But it seemed like "fake" Italian... and with so many "real" Italian places... Bleh. Many other places to go to.

Me too........I've been to both.......hated both.

We wont go back either.....I hate the fact that if it's just two or four people....you are sitting Sooo close to the person next to you that you might as well ask them to join you. Chat Icon
