I've always had great luck at Dress Barn or even Anne Taylor.

i got mine @ macys. it looks like a belted pencil skirt and blouse, but it's 1 piece.

im going shopping this weekend for my dress. gonna check out macys, lord & taylor, ann taylor, banana republic. i think im leaning towards a sheath style of dress.
