Christmas light pictures

I have seen so many beautiful pictures of babies with Christmas lights and I love the idea, but I just have to say something. I am not trying to create drama or cause anyone to get upset, but many Christmas light strands have lead in them. Please be safe and check the labels.

Please check out this link:

Re: Christmas light pictures

Thanks for information.. I know i didnt think about that stuff. I havent started doing my pics yet for my dd, and i wouldnt have thought of that. Thanks

ETA: even the fake trees may have lead. and it says the dust falls onto the presents can be lead. Thats good to know b/c when you give your baby present, before its unwrapped they tend to put mouth on..

Thanks but I didn't and wouldn't have my child chewing on light strands regardless of lead in them or not.

Just by the child touching the lights or the dust coming off the light has lead.

I was just about to post this. Children shouldn't even be touching Christmas lights.
