christmas gift for sitter

My DS is being watched by this woman my ped. Recommended. He has only started this week and the job is only temporary until my mom gets better (she broke her arm). How much should I spend on her? I'm so new to this and need some advice

Hey Jen! How is RJ doing at daycare? Is he adjusting ok? I wish I was closer and could take him 2 days a week

Anyway is he there every day / all day? Do you know what this woman likes? I always give AMEX or VISA gift cards. I say do what you can afford between $25 - $50. If you know she likes Starbucks or DD you can do that or if you see she gets her nails done, ask her where and get her a GC for a mani / pedi. I always make the kids make a card. It's all about the thought!!
