christmas gift- 2 month old boy
a good friend had a baby in Oct, and got pretty much everything she registered for at her shower. They are coming by for the afternoon to visit us a couple of days after Christmas, and I'm not sure what to buy the baby.
Any ideas?

yeah i feel like that's my only option. Other thought was maybe one of those personalized books with the baby's name in the story?

I would get something personalized. A piggy bank, etc. Books are always good also. Maybe a cute v-day onesie/bib....you know that stuff will be out before xmas LOL

I had a son in October and I actually asked for some toys for Christmas..little things he can use when he's a couple of months older. We got SO much clothes from my shower and when he was born, he won't get any other gifts until his 1st bday so I think infant toys would be a good idea. Just make sure to get a gift receipt.
Some things I asked for:
Toy cell phone
Toy remote
Vtech sit to stand walker
Leap Frog Scout the pup
Sensory blocks
Activity Cube
Fisher Price Bright Beats BeatBo
ETA: I also asked for a bunch of books because I love to read..The Little Boy Who Lost His Name is an adorable personalized book.
