I love Andy Williams "Its the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" -- I have very fond memories listening to the song and decorating the Christmas tree with my grandfather who is no longer with us. Every time I hear it, I think of him!

Christmas in Hollis by RUn DMC - I'm from Queens and went to high school in Jamaica, and we loved this song. it's hilarious.
The We 3 Kings/God Rest Ye Merry Gentleman mash up by Sarah McLachlan and Barenaked Ladies. Always makes me happy :)
Do They Know it's Christmas? - 80s childhood Christmas classic. Every time I hear this song, it's 1986 at Aunt Gloria's.
The Little Drummer Boy - this was my dad's favorite, who died 10 years ago. He grew up poor - like impoverished, in an orphanage - and did exceedingly well in this great country, but he always identified with the poor drummer boy in this song. I lose it every time the boy approaches Jesus and says "I am a poor boy, too...I have no gift to bring...that's fit to give our king." Just a beautiful song.
