Christening Gown from Wedding Dress? Help
I'm newly pregnant and would really like to look into having someone make a gown from the train of my wedding dress. Do you know of anyplace or anyone who would do this? Any idea of cost? Thanks so much!!!!!

I know someone who's mom made her son's Christening gown from her Wedding Dress. I haven't had it done. If you can't find someone, I would suggest going to a fabric store. When I needed a fleece/silk shawl made for a January wedding, my mom had someone who owns the fabric store give recommendations.

my mom is making one for Jack out of my gown. I can see if she's interested in helping you out? When we were babies, she had a dress making business out of the house so she could be home with us.
