I make Chili and then instead of just putting the chili into bowls, I take a spaghetti squash, slice it in half, deseed it, rub olive oil, salt and pepper on it and back it at 400 for 45 minutes. When that is done. I place the squash in a bowl, pour the chili into the squash, and put what ever toppings I want for my chili on top (Cheese, Sour Cream, Salsa) and it is sooo good and sooo filling. The chili makes the squash so sweet. Scott
