I have a pound of chop meat sitting in the fridge, what can I make besides meatballs and meatloaf? Any ideas?

Just brown the meat with some Italian spices & garlic, drain the fat, mix it up with cooked ziti, ricotta, mozz, and tomato sauce, extra Italian seasoning if you like, top with mozz, and bake! You can cover with foil for the first bit, then remove to melt the cheese on top for the last few min

Re: CHOP MEAT
This is what I do with Chop Meat
I brown the meat till it is cooked through.....I chop it up into pieces as it is cooking.
In another pan I sautee: Onions Red Peppers Mushrooms Frozen Peas Zucchini
After the meat is cooked, I drain it and pour everything into the pan the meat cooked in.
I then sprinkle some italian seasonings in and 1 can of Stewed tomatoes.
I let that all cook together for about 10 minutes and I serve.
You can make white rice or pasta with it. I eat it without either.

Re: CHOP MEAT
I just made this Rachael Ray recipe last night.
Take 4 zucchini, cut them in half and scoop out the seeds. Place them in a baking dish and pour in 1/2 c. water. Cover with foil and bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mince up a small onion, and saute in 2tbsp olive oil for 6 min. Add 3/4 lb. beef and 1tsp cumin and brown for 5 minutes. After it cooks, stir in 2 diced tomatoes and add s&p.
Take zucchini out of the oven; pour out the water; season with salt. Stuff the zucchini with the beef mixture and sprinkle a good amount of Mexican-type shredded cheese over the top and bake for 10 minutes.
YUMMY!!
