Chocolate lollipops
I'm making some chocolate lollipops for a party. How far in advance can I make them? Since I have to make quite a few, I wanted to get a head start and then figured I could keep them refrigerated or whatever until the party.
Anyone know? Thanks!

Re: Chocolate lollipops
You can make them a week or two in advance - the chocolate wafers in the store sit around longer then that. They should be stored in a cool dry place. They get this cloudy white appearance if you store them in the fridge.

ITA. A week or two, cool dry place. NEVER put chocolate in the firidge.
Also, don't store them in your spice cabinet, ro next to bananas because they will pick up odors pretty easily

Re: Chocolate lollipops
The girl working at AC Moore told me they can be made up to a month in advance.
